Magnificent and ideal location near city centre within walking distance easy to find and easy access to shopping centers and a supermarket. Besides, very convenient to Church of st Michael;)))

Incredible food for all meals. Welcoming and pleasant staffs, gave a few recommendations.

Had a very good stay at the weekend. The hotel was in the central setting to experience the quieter pubs. It was also near a main artery, Sands Centre, Carlisle Castle, Tulli Museum and town centre and other attractions like castle n museum.

The rooms beautifully presented and brand-new with a Jacuzzi Bath, all the facilities plus appalling beds. Plenty of amazing options for meal...

Clean, cozy single room with a handy TV pull-out and enough plugs for my gadgets. The complimentary water and biscuits were a lovely surprise!

Bit of a circus with all the late-night noise outside. I reminded me of I was in a car-racing event! Plus, the bugs in the bathroom were uninvited guests.

Food was plentiful and good. Staff was attentive.

A Perfect Stay for Couples!

What a good experience! Friendly staff ensured a warm welcome, even if check-in was a bit unconventional. Our room was spacious with a comfy bed, and the hearty full English breakfast fueled our day. Pro tip, Ask for the parking permit upfront to avoid any confusion.

Good value

Fire Doors propped open, even when a prominent sign stressed that the fire doors must be kept closed at all times. I requested a quiet room and was given a room at front of hotel overlooking a main road and subject to traffic noise. Decor tired and in need or updating. No comments form and indeed staff did not ask if I had enjoyed my stay at check out.

The breakfast was hearty, so much choice! And a particular waitress was great, she.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but certainly acceptable for what we got.
